Bill has over 17 years of investor relations experience, including the last 12 years with ICR. Bill helped launch ICR’s Asia practice in 2006, and has advised over 40 listed Asian companies on cross-border capital market communications, institutional outreach, corporate governance and crisis management.
During his career, Bill has worked on a range of client assignments, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, activist situations and crisis communications for both US and non-US based public companies, providing him with a comprehensive perspective to assist global companies with cross-border communications.
Prior to ICR, Bill worked for Thomson Financial’s Global IR Consulting practice and Nasdaq OMX Group. At Thomson, he implemented customized investor relations programs to increase client visibility in the financial community and developed corporate disclosure, crisis and valuation strategies for a variety of US and non-US public companies. At Nasdaq, Bill worked in the International group, assisting non-US listings with their global liquidity and investor visibility initiatives.
