Whitney Livingston

Whitney Livingston is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. As Chief Operating Officer at ICSC since February 2025, Whitney leads strategic operations. Prior to this role, Whitney served as President of Centennial from September 2018 to March 2025, overseeing a 25 million square foot portfolio and collaborating with executive and project teams on value-adding redevelopment initiatives. Earlier experience includes Senior Vice President at Madison Marquette, where Whitney directed property management and marketing for over 20 million square feet of real estate, and founder of Table Toppers, LLC, a high-end linen rental company. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business-Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
