Heloisa MacAri

Heloisa Macari serves as the Executive Managing Director at Protiviti Brasil since February 2022 and has held the position of Country Leader at Protiviti since January 2021, alongside being a member of the Executive Team Advisory Council from 2021 to 2022. With extensive experience at ICTS since October 1999, Heloisa has progressed through various roles including Partner, Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Manager, and Senior Consultant. In addition, Heloisa co-founded Profit Shield in July 2023, serves as a Partner at Aliant and ICTS Security, and is an Angel Investor at SafeCompany since December 2022. Heloisa also has academic experience as a guest professor at FIA Business School from April 2016 to January 2021. Heloisa holds an MBA in Business from FGV EESP and a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
