Prior to this, Karen held the position of General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Q Capital Holdings LLC / Life Settlement Solutions LLC since May 2003. Karen has a background in legal counsel, compliance, human resources, and corporate governance in the financial services industry. Karen also worked as the Division Counsel & HRD at Nielsen Dillingham Builders from September 1996 to January 2003. Karen holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Business from the University of Oregon.
