Thomas Ferrante

Thomas Ferrante, AIC, is a seasoned professional in the workers' compensation field, currently serving as a Senior Workers Compensation Specialist at ICW Group since September 2022. With extensive experience spanning nearly three decades, Ferrante has held various roles including Workers' Compensation Specialist at Sedgwick and Resolution Specialist at Gallagher Bassett. Previous positions also include significant leadership roles such as Workers Compensation Claim Manager, overseeing multi-state teams, and has developed expertise in investigating, evaluating, and managing claims across multiple jurisdictions. Educationally, Ferrante holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
