Támara Spir

Támara Spir is a Senior UX Researcher at Mews since July 2024, responsible for building and leading the UX research team and conducting various research studies to enhance product design. Previously, Támara worked at ID Finance as a UX Designer focusing on UX research, where a complete app redesign was successfully executed to implement a data-driven rebranding. Támara has also contributed to Bancolombia's digital transformation in real estate and investments as a UX Designer, launching a data visualization platform, and completed an internship at BRUJITA DESIGN & INNOVATION with a focus on e-commerce UX audits. Earlier experience includes a role at Mass_ as a UX Researcher and Designer. Támara holds a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from HARBOUR.SPACE and a Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design from Universidad de Los Andes.
