Sarra Kraiem

Sarra Kraiem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and project management. Since March 2018, Sarra has held the title of Chef d'entreprise and Mandataire immobilier at I@D France, focusing on client satisfaction and project management within the French real estate network. Sarra is also a Co-Fondateur at BNI XV, where the emphasis is on building business referrals and partnerships. Previous experience includes a pivotal role as Customer Experience Manager at ADP, where Sarra enhanced customer journeys, and various project management positions within ADP, MGEN, and TOTAL, demonstrating expertise in managing large-scale projects and implementing CRM solutions across multiple sectors. Sarra holds a Licence Professionnelle in Information and Communication Technologies from IUT Serecom and a DUT in Services and Networks of Communication from IUT SRC Dijon.
