Heli Shah

Heli Shah is a Business Analyst in Global Technology Operations at IDC since October 2022, with prior experience as a Graduate Assistant at Ryerson University since January 2022 and as an IoT Business Development Analyst at HSB Canada from May to December 2022. Previous roles include participating in the Mitacs Accelerate Program focusing on Strategy and Market Research at IDC and Strategy and Category Management at IIBA. Heli has a background in software development from Cognizant and has contributed as a GRE/GMAT Quantitative Tutor at Brainstorm Consulting. Technical training at Matrix Comsec involved enhancing fingerprint identification techniques, and an internship at Sterling Hospitals provided insights into biomedical department operations. Heli is currently pursuing an MBA at Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University, after earning a Bachelor of Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
