Stephanie Eisenmenger has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Executive Principal at IDEA Public Schools since May 2021, following roles such as School Principal and Principal in Residence. Previously, Stephanie was the founding High School Principal at Lakota Tech High School in the Oglala Lakota County School District, where strategic planning and staff development were key responsibilities. Other positions include Assistant Principal at Sioux Falls School District and Academic Dean with Teach For America, complemented by teaching experience as a Corps Member. Stephanie holds an Ed. S. in Superintendency and Educational System Administration and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of South Dakota.
