Sara Smith

Sara Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and customer success. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence, Quality and the Head of Transformation for North America at Ideagen since March 2021, Sara initially held the title of Head of Special Projects in the same region. Prior roles include Services Manager at Qualtrax, Inc. and various key positions at Whizz Education, Flex Metrics, PowerSchool Group LLC, Interactive Achievement, LLC, and Albemarle County Public Schools. Sara holds a BA/MT in History and Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of Virginia.
