Spencer Ericson

Spencer Ericson, PHR, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of People Experience and Senior People Experience Business Partner at Identity Digital Inc. since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior HR Business Partner at ExtraHop, Director of Human Resources at Faction, and HR Business Partner at ExtraHop Networks. Spencer has also held positions as HR Generalist/Recruiter at Sesame Communications and as an HR Assistant (Contract) at Amazon. Spencer began the professional journey as an HR Generalist Intern at MSNBC. Spencer holds a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
