Ashley Phillips

Ashley Phillips serves as the People Experience Manager at Inato since December 2023, previously holding the same title at Petal from January 2019 to December 2023. At Petal, Ashley cultivated relationships across management levels, led a successful engagement survey, and developed initiatives such as a manager training program and the Neurodiversity & Allies Employee Resource Group. With a background in employee experience and events, Ashley managed new hire programs, team engagement activities, and office operations across multiple locations. Prior to transitioning to corporate roles, Ashley explored a career in the arts, taking part in various film projects and supporting high-profile producers and actors. Ashley holds a BFA from McMurry University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
