Erin Little

Erin Little has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Erin currently holds the position of Group VP of HR at IDEX Corporation, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at IDEX Fire & Safety where they held several roles, including VP of F&S - HR from January 2021 to September 2023, VP of HR - FSG & NA F&S from June 2020 to January 2021, VP of HR - FSG from June 2019 to June 2020, and Director of HR - NA from February 2019 to June 2019. Before joining IDEX Fire & Safety, Erin worked at HALE PRODUCTS, INC. as a Human Resource Director from October 2016 to February 2019, Human Resource Manager from April 2014 to October 2016, and Human Resource Generalist from April 2013 to April 2014. Their earliest position was as a Human Resource Generalist at Florida Pest Control from June 2006 to April 2013.

Erin Little, MBA, SPHR has a strong education and certification background. Erin earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University in 2014. Prior to that, Erin completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from the same university in 2012. Erin began their educational journey at the College of Central Florida, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Management, Marketing and Administration in 2010.

Furthermore, Erin has obtained various certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Erin is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they achieved in 2017. Erin also holds a SHRM SCP certification from SHRM which they obtained in 2015. Erin is a Notary Public certified by the State of Florida since 2014. Additionally, Erin received certifications in Achieve Global Facilitator - Leadership & Service in 2013, and 30 Hour Construction Safety and 10 Hour Construction Safety from OSHA in 2012.
