Aleksandra Kubisz

Aleksandra Kubisz is a Technical Customer Support Consultant II at IDEXX, having progressed from a Technical Customer Support Consultant I since August 2021. In this role, Aleksandra provides verbal and written support to Polish and English-speaking customers, instructs on diagnostic analyzers, manages customer complaints, and coordinates equipment installations. Prior to IDEXX, Aleksandra worked at Majorel, supporting Netflix customers on social media and as a bilingual customer service representative, offering assistance in both Polish and English. Aleksandra’s earlier experience includes roles in office administration and customer service at Very Italian Pizza and Three Cliffs Bay Caravan Site. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Biology and Geology from Jagiellonian University and Balıkesir Üniversitesi.
