Andrew Ritchie

Andrew Ritchie is an experienced Accounts Receivable and Revenue Assurance Analyst at IDI Billing Solutions since May 2019. Previously, Andrew served as a Credit Manager at Caldwell Mfg Co. North America, LLC from June 2003 to August 2018, where responsibilities included credit evaluation and the design of collection strategies. A brief tenure as Credit Manager occurred during the transition to a new opportunity from August 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, Andrew was a Credit & Collections Supervisor at Xerox Corporation, managing a $30M receivable portfolio and overseeing a team of eight. Andrew began the career in credit and collections at EKCC from 1994 to 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia, obtained between 1990 and 1992.
