Bruce Hoefler

Bruce Hoefler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director of the PMO at ST Engineering iDirect since November 2018, Bruce has previously held key roles such as Senior Program Manager at Boeing Defense, Space & Security from 2013 to November 2018 and VP of Product Management & Marketing at PCTEL, Inc. from 2006 to 2013. Earlier positions include Director of Program Services and Director of Systems Engineering at Acterna, and various roles, including Project Manager and Systems Engineer, at IBM Federal Systems and Lockheed Martin Mission Systems from 1990 to 1998. Bruce's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, a Master's degree in Business from The George Washington University, participation in the Stanford Executive Institute, and advanced studies in Electrical Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University, complemented by advanced management training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from August 2017 to June 2018.
