Vikram Jit Puri has a long and varied work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vikram Jit started their career in 1980 as a Deputy Manager at Punjab Display Devices Ltd. Vikram Jit then moved on to Electronic Systems Punjab Limited, where they served as a Manager and Head of several divisions including Production, QA, CS, and Electr. Instruments. In 1992, they joined Altos India Ltd. as a Senior Manager and Production in charge - electronic contract manufacturing. Vikram Jit then became Deputy General Manager at Innodata India Pvt. Ltd. from 1997 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Polyplex Infotech Private Limited as General Manager and Head of Production and Business Development. In 2003, they became an Associate Vice President at InfoVision Group. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and SBU head at IDS Infotech Ltd., where they are responsible for multiple business units focusing on Electronic Content Management and Publishing, Environmental, Health and Safety Services, Medical and General Transcription Services, and Clinical Data Management solutions.
Vikram Jit Puri earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Electrical Communications from Punjab Engineering College from 1976 to 1980. Vikram Jit also pursued an MBA in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
