Hans van Aken has a diverse work experience in various companies. Hans started their career as a product manager at Vega Meet- en Regeltechniek BV in 1984 and stayed with the company until 1999. Hans then joined WAGO as a Managing Director in 1998 and worked there until 2002.
In 2003, they joined ifm as a Managing Director and later became the CFO in 2021. ifm is a supplier of position sensors, process sensors, network and control systems in automation.
In 2016, Hans joined GIB as a Managing Director. GIB is a software, service, and technology partner of SAP and aims to improve daily work for customers and employees through the development of SAP certified software. Hans remained with GIB until their retirement in 2023.
Hans van Aken attended Miller Heiman in 2019 to 2020, where they studied Strategic Selling® with Perspective. From 1974 to 1978, they attended A12 College Ede, focusing on werktuigbouw/ mechatronica.
