Val Moraes has a diverse work history in various industries. Val began their career in 1985 as an Assistant Chief Engineer at The Oberoi Group of Hotels. Val then moved on to work as the General Manager of Engineering & Facilities at the World Trade Centre in Mumbai. In 1994, Val became an Executive Controller - Property at Essar. Val later joined Colliers International as the National Manager of Engineering & Facilities, where they received several awards for their exceptional performance. Val also worked at Progressive Enterprises Limited/Woolworths as the Group Property Services/National Facilities Manager. Val then held multiple roles at different organizations such as Management Consultants International, Facilities Management Association of New Zealand, IFMA, and IFMA FMCC. Val is currently the CEO & Managing Director at GregMore Group.
