Niall Gray

Niall Gray is an accomplished technology professional with a robust background in software engineering and development leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Head of Development at Iglu.com since February 2016, Niall manages a team of 30 professionals while emphasizing efficiency and business-driven software delivery. Previous roles include Solutions Architect and Lead Software Engineer at Wiggle, as well as Development and Innovation Manager at Vertical Leap, where Niall led initiatives in cloud-based solutions. Earlier career experience includes positions as Senior Developer/Team Lead at Warp Technologies Limited and Development Team Lead at Cobweb Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring, project planning, and technology research. Niall began the career as a Developer at Thomas Eggar, contributing to bespoke application development. Niall holds an HND in Information Technology from the Durban University of Technology.
