Nick Watson

Nick Watson has extensive experience in tax and finance, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Tax at IHG Hotels & Resorts since June 2001, with a focus on corporate and indirect taxes globally and leading a team of approximately 60 professionals across multiple countries. Previous roles include Vice President & Deputy Head of Tax and Vice President of Global Finance Transformation, where Nick supported the Group CFO in strategic initiatives and managed a range of finance projects. Prior to IHG, Nick held positions at Arthur Andersen & Co. as Director of Group Tax and Corporate Tax Manager. Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Birmingham.
