Sylvia Charles-Dolcy

Sylvia Charles-Dolcy has extensive experience in administrative support and event management across various organizations. Currently serving as Secretary to the Representative and Administrator at the Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura (IICA) since April 2014, Sylvia provides vital administrative and logistical support to multiple project units. In addition, Sylvia has been an Events Manager at STARR MEETINGS & EVENTS LIMITED since 2006, focusing on dynamic meeting and event management. Previous roles include managing a sole proprietorship, coordinating production at Imageworx Design, and consulting for projects at IICA and Caribbean Export Development Agency. Sylvia's expertise also encompasses market intelligence and the promotion of the creative sector, alongside a foundational background in administrative consulting. Education was attained at St Leonard's Girls Secondary from 1973 to 1980.
