Chad Kohlenberg

Chad Kohlenberg, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at iJoin since May 2025, bringing extensive experience in client relationship management from previous roles at American Trust, where Chad held multiple titles including Director of Relationship Management and Director of Client Services from December 2015 to May 2025. Prior to American Trust, Chad worked as a Relationship Manager at Prudential Financial and as an Account Executive at Kunkel & Associates, Inc. Chad began the professional journey at Eagle Point Software as a Sales Representative. Educationally, Chad holds an MBA from Clarke University, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Science and Marketing from the University of Iowa.
