Becky Banasik

Becky Banasik is an experienced professional in customer success and brand experience, currently serving as VP of Customer Success at TrueDialog since May 2025. Prior to this role, Becky worked as Head of Brand Experience at Ascend Fundraising Solutions from March 2023 to May 2025, and held the position of SVP Client Success at TimelyMD, focusing on telehealth solutions for universities, from May 2021 to January 2023. Becky's extensive prior roles include Vice President of Client Success at Social Solutions, VP Merchant Success at Dosh, and VP Customer Success at TrendKite and Circle Media, among other positions at companies such as BlackLocus, Bazaarvoice, and Kimbia Software. Becky holds a Master’s degree in Human Development from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Plan II Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
