Michal Gryglewski

Michal Gryglewski serves as the Global Business Operations Hub Europe Manager at IKEA since March 2021, overseeing shared services for EU operations. Prior roles include Head of Global Business Services at JUUL Labs from May 2019 to March 2021, and VP of Global Business Services at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where responsibilities included managing the Global Business Services in Poland. Additional experience consists of leading Reporting & Financial Analysis at Royal Bank of Scotland, serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Citigroup, and acting as Cost Accounting Transition Lead at Procter & Gamble, alongside holding a Transition Lead position at Nortel Networks in the UK. Michal Gryglewski holds an MA in International Business Administration from Northumbria University and completed studies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2013, along with CIMA qualifications.
