Josif Gjani, PhD, is a seasoned professional in international economics and project management, currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at iKons since April 2017. Prior to this role, Josif held senior positions at Abkons, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Manager, from March 2015 to November 2022. Josif also contributed to the public sector as National Coordinator for Strategic Planning and EU Integration at Kryeministria from November 2010 to March 2015 and as a Junior Consultant with The World Bank from October 2009 to October 2010. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Development and International Economics from Università degli Studi di Firenze, followed by a PhD in International Economics and EU Integration from the University of Tirana.
