Christina Yang is an accomplished R&D Manager and Senior Chemist with extensive experience in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. Currently, Christina serves as R&D Manager and Senior Chemist at iLABS (Innovation Labs) Inc. since February 2022, following a tenure as Senior Chemist at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from March 2021 to November 2021. Prior to this, Christina held the role of Senior Chemist and Chemist at iLABS from November 2018 to March 2021 and worked as an Innovation / Color Chemist and Junior Chemist at Englewood Lab from March 2016 to August 2018. Christina holds a Master of Science in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Hunter College, with ongoing studies in a Master of Business and Science in Drug Discovery and Development at Rutgers University.
