Chair Of The Supreme Court Committee On Professional Responsibility at Illinois Supreme Court

Allison L. Wood serves as the Chair of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Responsibility for the Illinois Supreme Court since January 2024, after being a member of the Committee focused on legal ethics and professional responsibility. As a Board Member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers since September 2021, Allison contributes to the largest organization representing lawyers in disciplinary proceedings. With a background as Principal at Legal Ethics Consulting, P.C., Allison has also served on the ARDC Equal Justice Rules Committee and participated in various roles with the American Bar Association, including committees focused on ethics and professional liability. Additionally, Allison has contributed to The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and taught ethics courses at Solo Practice University, enhancing ethical practices within the legal community. Allison holds a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
