Cassandra Sink

Cassandra (Hedtke) Sink, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at ILLUME® since March 2024. Prior to this role, Cassandra held the position of Director of Human Resources at Shippers Supply, Inc. from February 2020 to March 2024. Cassandra's extensive experience includes a tenure at Protolabs in human resources from June 2018 to February 2020, and as HR Director at Würth Industry USA from June 2008 to June 2018. Additionally, Cassandra has served as Human Resource Director at Step By Step Schools, Montessori, and as VP, Human Resource Manager at Winstar Mortgage. The career began at Larex Inc, where Cassandra worked as HR Manager from 1995 to 2006. Cassandra earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology with a focus on Business and Psychology from St. Cloud State University between 1991 and 1994.
