Doug Harris

Doug Harris currently serves as the President of the Hospitality Division at ImageFIRST, having held positions as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Human Resources within the same company since January 2022. Prior to this, Doug was the Vice President of Human Resources at Superior Plus Propane, contributing to the company’s goal of meeting various energy needs from February 2020 to April 2022. Doug's extensive background in human resources includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Clean Harbors, where responsibilities included cultivating a unified company culture and collaborating with executives across North America and India. Doug also held significant roles at ARAMARK as Senior HR Manager and at UPS as HR/Operations Manager. Doug began military service as a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Immaculata University.
