Ash Sharma has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition roles within the technology industry. Ash currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Imagination Technologies, where they lead teams across APAC, EMEA, and the USA. Their expertise includes GPU, CPU, IoT, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and automotive. Prior to this, Ash held program manager positions in global talent acquisition at Dialog Semiconductor and Arm. Ash also worked as a recruitment partner at fortice and served as the resourcing director for technology at various consultancies and system integrators. Ash's experience spans across multiple regions, including the USA, UK, Asia Pacific, and more.

Ash Sharma attended Stanford Continuing Studies in 2020, where they pursued a degree in Organizational Analysis.
