Karen Colley

Karen Colley is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning several organizations. Currently, Karen serves as HR Operations Manager at Imagination Technologies since May 2017, also taking on roles such as Learning and Development Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to this, from July 2015 to April 2017, Karen was a Human Resources Generalist at Loans Warehouse, and previously held the position of Customer Service Team Manager. Karen's career began at NatWest, where diverse roles in retail banking were undertaken from September 1985 to December 2002. Significant experience was also gained at Aon Hewitt from January 2003 to May 2015, culminating in the role of Service Centre Operations Manager overseeing pension and flexible benefits services.
