Tiffany Marlette has a strong background in strategic growth and operations, primarily in the non-profit sector. Tiffany currently holds the position of President of Strategic Growth at Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. Tiffany also previously served as the Chief Operations Officer at the same company. Prior to their current role, they were the Chief Strategic Advancement Officer and Compliance Director at Imagine the Possibilities. Before joining Imagine the Possibilities, Tiffany worked at DAC, Inc. where they held the positions of ICF/ID Director and HCBS Director.
Tiffany Marlette completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Dubuque from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Education from the same university between 2005 and 2009. Tiffany'seducation started at Fenton High School from 2001 to 2005, where they received a general degree.

In 1973, a group of individuals banded together to form what would later be known as Imagine the Possibilities – a nonprofit organization that is purposed to serve individuals with disabilities. While not known then, the leaders of this organization would later join many other like-minded organizations across the state of Iowa that all had one common theme in mind – to empower people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life. The focus of Imagine the Possibilities has always remained the same: to give people equal opportunities to reach their goals and be an active member of their community.
