Sameer Ahmed Khan

Sameer Ahmed Khan is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in infrastructure management and system engineering. Currently serving as Infrastructure Manager at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University since July 2011, Sameer is responsible for delivering and managing reliable IT infrastructure services while ensuring optimal performance and availability. Previously, Sameer held the role of Senior System Engineer, focusing on backup and recovery methodologies within a multi-PB environment. Prior experience includes a position as Software Engineer at Atlas Engineering Ltd., contributing to automotive component manufacturing, and as a Database Administrator at Oratech, where responsibilities included Oracle server management, database security, and performance monitoring. Sameer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Preston Institute of Management Science and Technology and has additional education in Computer Science from the College of Digital Sciences.
