Amy Nordness has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief People Officer at iManage since January 2018. Previously, Amy held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources at SAP Fieldglass from October 2012 to January 2018, managing strategic HR functions. Prior roles include HR Director for Americas Sales at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where engagement with executives facilitated organization-wide talent projects, and Director of Global Workforce Planning & Operations, overseeing a team of Workforce Planners. Additional experience includes roles at Knightsbridge Solutions, IBM Global Services, and PwC Consulting, focusing on strategic talent initiatives, employee development, and performance management. Amy obtained a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa.
