Ruby Basra has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of user experience research. Ruby started their career as a Usability Analyst at El Camino Hospital in 2006 and then moved on to work as a Usability Engineering Intern at Oracle in 2008. After that, they joined LEF & Associates and Naviscent as a User Experience Researcher in 2011. Later, they became a User Research Specialist at Intuit from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they worked as a User Experience Researcher at VMware before joining Dell in 2014 as a Principal User Experience Researcher. Their most recent position is as a UX Researcher Lead at iManage, where they have been working since 2016.
Ruby Basra received their Master of Science degree in Human Factors & Ergonomics from San Jose State University from 2008 to 2011.
