Tedy's career began in 2002 at Infosys, where they worked as a Programmer Analyst. Over the course of four years, they held progressive roles in software development, serving as a programmer, tech-lead, and architect. Tedy also delivered technical training courses across the company and universities.

Before their professional career, Tedy worked as a Freelance Programmer from August 2001 to May 2002.

In October 2010, they obtained the Oracle Certified Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle.
