Tyler Oldenburg has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Tyler began their career at Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois, where they worked as a Donation Attendent and later as a Sales Associate from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Turning Technologies as a Response Card Intern until 2015. Tyler then interned at COUNTRY Financial® as an ITS Business Analyst from 2015 to 2016. From 2016, they joined iManage and worked their way up in various roles, starting as a Support Engineer until 2018. Tyler was then promoted to Senior Support Engineer and finally assumed the position of Cloud Support Manager from September 2020.

Tyler Oldenburg attended Illinois State University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Information Systems. In addition to their degree, they also gained several additional certifications. In June 2016, they became a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) through Cisco. In April 2016, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification through the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, they completed the IBM Digital Analytics Introduction Class and received a Coremetrics certificate from IBM in April 2015.
