Bernard De Groeve has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bernard is currently the Head of Strategic Development, Europe, Middle East & Africa at imec, a world-leading R&D and innovation hub for semiconductor and nanoelectronic technologies. Bernard also served as the Director, Strategic Partners at imec.

In addition, Bernard co-founded and is a Member of Management Committee & Board Observer at Hyve, an industrial joint-venture focusing on hydrogen electrolyzers. Bernard owns TechnoTran Advisory Services, where they led high-impact engagements for scale-ups and large organizations across different industries.

Bernard has also held positions at Everysens, where they were a Member of the Board of Directors and served as Managing Director at interim. Bernard was a Business Mentor at EuraTechnologies and held multiple management positions at SWIFT, a financial network. Bernard also served as a Board Member at Harvard University.

Furthermore, Bernard co-founded Miradiant, a software-as-a-service platform for novel securitizable instruments, which was later acquired by BankOne Corporation. Bernard worked as the Managing Principal at Oracle Financial Services, supporting strategic client engagements in the US banking sector. Bernard also co-founded and served as the President of Eruca Global Payment Services, a payment platform for cross-border low value, high volume payments. The company was later sold to a US FinTech operator.

Bernard De Groeve's education history includes an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a degree in President Inisol International Trade Missions from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Bernard also holds an M.Sc. in Business & Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
