Prathana Mal is an experienced pastry chef currently leading the pastry and chocolate department at IMG Worlds of Adventure since August 2016. Previously, Prathana served as Sous Chef at Bubó, overseeing the chocolate room and pastry kitchen, and held the position of Chef de Partie at Cle Dubai. Early career roles include Demi Chef de Partie in bakery and pastry at Hyatt Pune and a trainee position at Trident Bandra-Kurla. Prathana holds a Higher Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Culinary Arts from IMI International Management Institute Switzerland, as well as a BBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Kohinoor-IMI. Education also includes attendance at Rosary Junior College and St Felix.
