Caitlyn Kumi

Caitlyn Kumi is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in marketing, consulting, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder of Miss EmpowCaitlyn's since May 2020, Caitlyn has focused on empowering Gen Z and Millennial women through professional development and community-building. Currently serving as a Board Advisor at impact.com and an Integrated Marketing Manager at Google, Caitlyn previously held consulting roles at EY, where significant revenue was generated through strategic partnerships. Caitlyn co-founded initiatives such as the Eship Scholars Program and was recognized as a high-potential entrepreneur through the Adams Apprenticeship program. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Advertising/Public Relations and Communication Studies, Caitlyn's experience includes enhancing diversity initiatives, executing developmental programs for young women, and successfully launching ventures aimed at addressing community needs.
