Rachel Tweedy

Rachel Tweedy is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Impact Development Fund (CDFI) since June 2020. Previously, Rachel held various roles within the same organization, including Operations Manager, Retail Program Manager, and Retail Loan Specialist. Prior to Impact Development Fund, Rachel worked at WoodmenLife as a Senior Administrative Assistant and Human Resources First Impression Specialist. Additional experience includes a position as Special Events Associate at Lead Elite, Inc., Trainer at Panera Bread, and Intern at the South Dakota Symphony. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State College and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
