Suzanne Jenkins

Suzanne Jenkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social impact and product management. Currently, as the Head of Impact and Systems Change at Impact Shakers since May 2024, Suzanne oversees strategic initiatives aimed at fostering social change. Prior to this role, Suzanne spent over five years at Esade, where positions included Manager of the Esade Center for Social Impact, Impact Investment Researcher, and Business Case Developer at the Esade Entrepreneurship Institute. Previous experience includes serving as Product Manager at Lumen Learning, where Suzanne launched and scaled a personalized education product line and integrated Lean and Design Thinking methodologies into the product management process. Additionally, Suzanne worked as Innovation Project Leader at INSITUM, leading teams through the Design Thinking process to develop new client offerings, and briefly served as a Social Investment Consultant for Asociación Cultural para el Desarrollo Integral and Fundación Gran Chaco. Suzanne holds an MBA from Esade and a BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard University.
