Emma Barkey has held various leadership roles in operational consultancy and management, currently serving as Company Secretary and Delivery Lead at Imparta since June 2012. Previously, Emma was Director at Precision Parking from July 2010 to June 2012, where significant contributions included the operational and financial design of the Independent Appeals Service, POPLA. Emma also served as Contract Manager at Mouchel from January 2008 to August 2010, overseeing financial responsibilities for a major parking enforcement contract. Earlier experience includes positions as Principal Consultant at Mouchel, Senior Consultant at Celerant Consulting, and Environmental and Quality Manager at Severn Trent Water International. Emma's career began with military training as an Officer Cadet in the Territorial Army. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Water Resources Technology & Management from the University of Birmingham and a BSc in Geography and Biology from Keele University.
