Saad Javed

Saad Javed currently holds positions as an MRC Clinical Research Training Fellow at Imperial College London and as a Clinical Research Fellow at Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals, both since August 2023. Saad is also an ST5 NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow in Cardiology at The University of Manchester, where responsibilities are divided between academic and clinical work. Saad's previous roles include Associate College Tutor for Wythenshawe Hospital at the Royal College of Physicians, North West Representative to the Student and Foundation Doctor Network, and Academic Foundation Doctor at Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Educational qualifications include Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and multiple degrees from The University of Manchester, including an MBChB and an MRes in Medical Sciences, as well as a Master's in Health Professions Education from UCL and a Visiting Fellow position at Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar.
