Thomas Elliott currently serves as the Head of Operations at Impression since June 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Manager at Deloitte from November 2021 to June 2023. Thomas’s extensive experience at Rolls-Royce spanned a decade, during which time various roles included Global Commodity Manager for Civil Aerospace and Commercial Lead for both Sales & Contracting and In-Service Support in the submarines division. Thomas began professional career as a Graduate Programme participant and also served as General Secretary at UCLU from September 2010 to August 2011. An alumnus of UCL, Thomas earned a BSc in Human Sciences between 2008 and 2011 following educational pursuits at St Peter's School in York.
