Cal Crader, P.E. is a seasoned electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering at InCharge Energy since July 2023, Crader previously held the position of CEO at SE-Energy from September 2015 to March 2023. Crader's expertise includes project engineering and management gained during tenure at SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC OF ST. LOUIS, LLC, and senior engineering responsibilities at Associated Electric Cooperative's New Madrid Power Plant. Additionally, Crader has contributed to organizational leadership as the 2011 General Chairman of the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo Association, Inc. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Crader's experience spans design build projects in industrial, utility, and power generation sectors.
