Kim Cabada

Kim Cabada is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and application systems management. Currently serving as the Human Resource Information System Manager at In-N-Out Burger since April 2024, Cabada brings a wealth of expertise from previous roles, including Sr. Director of Enterprise Solutions at US Foods and Vice President of Application and Solution Delivery at Jack in the Box. Over the course of a career spanning more than two decades, Cabada has managed teams up to 30 individuals and has been responsible for budgeting, strategic planning, and the delivery of corporate applications.
