Dominic Rapposelli

Dominic Rapposelli is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in human resource information systems and analytics. Currently serving as Human Resource Information System Manager at The MetroHealth System since August 2018, Dominic oversees a team responsible for the reporting, analysis, auditing, and administration of the Infor Global HR system. Previously, as a Human Resources Business Analyst at the same organization, Dominic honed skills in data analysis and integrity auditing. Prior roles include Human Resources Analyst at the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland, where process improvements were recommended, and Labor Relations Officer at the City of Cleveland, where FMLA administration and third-party system implementation were key responsibilities. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Organizations from Miami University, Dominic has developed a strong foundation in HR practices and project management throughout a diverse career that began with internships in human resources and port control.
