Additionally, Jaime served as a Commander in the US Naval Reserve and Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy.
Jaime Borrego holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy, obtained between 1985 and 1989. Jaime later pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School, graduating between 1992 and 1994. Jaime has also obtained additional certifications including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) in 2022, Chief Information Officer (CIO) Certificate in 2019, and ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
